The old b&w photo testifies of the exitence of the synagogue and shows how it was before its destruction during the first intifada. The Samaritans used to live in the old city for thousands of years until they moved to the new city of Nablus and finally decided to establish in Kyriat Luza village on the top of the Gerizim mountain.
